Credit products

We offer Pay As You Go ($10 for 165 credits) and monthly subscriptions: Starter ($25/month for 500 credits) and Pro ($60/month for 1500 tokens). Pricing and plan details are published on the pricing page.

Subscription credit resets

Subscription credits refresh after successful Stripe invoice payment for each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period.

Plan changes and cancellations

Upgrades are applied immediately with no proration and use a plan-cap model. Each plan has a maximum monthly token cap. When you upgrade, we grant only the delta needed to reach the new cap (new plan cap minus your current subscription token balance). Example: if your current subscription token balance is 200 and you upgrade to a 500-cap plan, you receive 300 tokens. If your current balance is already at or above the new cap, no additional subscription tokens are granted on upgrade. Downgrades and subscription cancellations are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

Purchased credit persistence

Tokens purchased separately from subscriptions are non-expiring and remain available until consumed.

Onboarding bonus credits

Onboarding bonus credits are a one-time promotional grant. A bonus may not be granted when it has already been claimed on the same account or with the same payment card, including cases where an account is deleted and recreated.

Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case for duplicate charges or technical errors. Completed token consumption events are generally non-refundable. Refunds, when granted, may be prorated or issued as service credit at our discretion.

Tokens are a limited, revocable license

Tokens and credits (including subscription tokens, purchased token packs, and any bonus or promotional grants) are a revocable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable license to use the service. They have no cash value, are not currency, are not your property, cannot be sold, gifted, pooled across accounts, or redeemed for money, and are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

Our right to revoke tokens, assets, and accounts

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, with or without notice, to revoke, reduce, adjust, expire, or refuse to honor any tokens, to delete or make inaccessible any stored projects, references, generated assets, or metadata, and to suspend or permanently close any account. Reasons may include, without limitation: suspected abuse or fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes, violation of our Terms of Service, prolonged inactivity, excessive cost to serve, security incidents, requests from payment processors or model providers, legal or regulatory requirements, or our good-faith business judgment. Tokens lost to such action are forfeit and are not refundable.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of remaining tokens, deletion of stored assets, and refusal of future service. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Price and plan changes

We may change pricing, plan tiers, token allowances, token-per-job rates, and bonuses at any time. Changes apply to future billing periods and purchases. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Account closure and token forfeiture

If you delete your account, or if we close, suspend, or terminate your account for any reason, all remaining tokens (subscription, purchased, and bonus) are forfeit, associated stored assets may be deleted, and no refund is owed for unused balances except where required by applicable law.
