Service scope

ProductAssets.ai provides AI-assisted product image generation and editing. Output quality depends on your source assets, prompts, and third-party model behavior.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account. You must have rights to upload and process the images you submit.

Token usage and billing

Tokens are consumed when eligible generation jobs complete (5 tokens per completed product image or edit job). Subscription tokens refresh each billing period and do not roll over. One-time purchased tokens remain available until used.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee specific creative outcomes, exact model behavior, or uninterrupted service availability.

Acceptable use

You may not use ProductAssets.ai to generate, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that impersonates another person or brand without authorization. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or automate the service outside of documented APIs, abuse rate limits, circumvent token accounting, or exploit bonuses or promotions in bad faith.

Our rights over accounts, assets, and tokens

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause, to:

• suspend, restrict, reset, or permanently delete any account;
• delete, remove, or make inaccessible any stored project, reference image, generated asset, prompt, metadata, or other content associated with your account;
• revoke, reduce, adjust, expire, or refuse to honor any tokens, credits, bonuses, or promotional grants, including tokens that remain unused at the time of enforcement;
• decline, cancel, or reverse a generation job, refuse service to any user, or block access from any region, network, or payment method;
• modify, limit, or discontinue any feature, integration, model, or plan, with or without replacement.

Enforcement actions may be taken for reasons including but not limited to: suspected violation of these terms, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, security incidents, excessive cost to serve, prolonged inactivity, requests from payment processors or model providers, legal or regulatory requirements, or our good-faith business judgment. Deletion of content or tokens under this section does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or replacement, except where required by applicable law.

Tokens are a limited license, not property

Tokens and credits are a revocable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable internal accounting unit for using the service. They have no cash value, are not currency, cannot be sold, gifted, combined across accounts, or converted into money, and are not your property. If your account is closed, terminated, or deleted for any reason, any remaining tokens are forfeit.

Your responsibility to retain copies

You are responsible for downloading and keeping your own copies of any generated assets you wish to preserve. We do not guarantee long-term storage, backup, or recoverability of uploaded references, generated images, or project data, and we are not a file archival or backup service.

Service availability and changes

The service is provided on a rolling, evolving basis. We may add, change, deprecate, or remove features, models, pricing, token conversion rates, quotas, rate limits, or integrations at any time. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, incident response, or capacity reasons, and may discontinue the service in whole or in part without liability.

No warranty

The service and all generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, quality, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that outputs will be unique, suitable for commercial use, free of third-party rights, or safe for any specific channel or marketplace. You are solely responsible for reviewing and clearing any output before publication or distribution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductAssets.ai and its operators, owners, affiliates, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, generated assets, tokens, opportunities, or business, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProductAssets.ai and its operators, owners, affiliates, officers, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, the content you upload or generate, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these terms, fraud, chargebacks, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, remaining tokens are forfeit, and we may delete your stored content. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
